Prompt generation

Craft, edit, and iterate on domain-specific prompts and outputs. This involves meticulously constructing clear and focused prompts that precisely guide the AI towards generating the desired content. Then evaluating and refining the AI's responses.

Multi modal assignments

Multi-modal assignments go beyond traditional training methods by incorporating diverse data formats like images, audio, and video. Imagine training a model to analyze a picture and write a compelling story or provide a detailed description based on its visual cues.

Annotation

Annotate and review annotations by other contributors on a variety of domains. Work on multiple annotation and data types not limited to Images, Video, Audio etc.

What is FLCD?

FLCD is a platform that connects subject matter experts with companies that build the world's most groundbreaking AI. You'll contribute in various ways, from crafting training data specific to your field to analyzing the performance of these powerful models.

We do NOT provide the work ourselves but merely connect you to opportunities.

What is an AI Trainer?

Al Trainer is an term to describe people working on making AI better. They could be annotators working on all types of data like text, visual and audio data, they could be writers or domain experts writing/editing prompts and evaluate the AI's responses.

What qualifications do I need to become an FLCD Contributor?

You should have the necessary knowledge and skills in the area you're applying for. Our job postings have specific requirements for each domain. Generally, we look for individuals with at least an undergraduate background in the relevant field, but graduate students and those with higher degrees are preferred. Strong written English and communication skills are essential for all applicants. Most importantly, we need enthusiastic individuals dedicated to advancing Generative AI technologies.

 

What's the onboarding process like?

We'll make sure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in our projects. You'll join our community, and a team leader will guide you through the process and show you how to contribute effectively.

What's the application process like?

We'll review your resume to see if you meet the minimum qualifications. If you do, we'll schedule a quick call and give you a short assessment to see if you'd be a good fit for the domain you've applied for. If your application is approved, we'll start the onboarding process.

How much will I be paid?

Your pay depends on your expertise and qualifications, as outlined in the job description.

 

 

Can I contribute to FLCD while working another job?

Yes, you can be an FLCD Contributor even if you have another part-time or full-time job.

 

 

How much time can I expect to work?

It's flexible! Some contributors work 5-10 hours per week, while others work up to 40 hours. It all depends on your availability. You're in control of your workload, and your earnings are based on the hours you put in. There are no minimum or maximum hour requirements.

 

 

What do you mean by training an AI ?

In layman's terms, you'll be helping us train AI models to perform better. Imagine you're teaching a child. You provide them with examples and explanations to help them learn. That's what you'll be doing for AI models, but with data instead of toys and words. You'll create high-quality data that AI models can use to learn and improve their abilities in various tasks. These tasks could be anything from writing different kinds of creative content to solving complex math problems.

Is this full-time work?

No. As an FLCD Contributor, you're a freelancer with the flexibility to work when, where, and for as long as you like.

Are there minimum hour requirements?

Nope! FLCD offers a flexible work schedule, so you can choose how much time you dedicate each week. As an independent contractor, you control your workload and earnings.
